Nothing Without Us Collective is a cross-disability, survivor-led collective advancing accessibility, and leadership of people with disabilities in the anti-violence and public health fields. We partner with organizations, individuals, and communities to provide training, technical assistance, evaluation, and research grounded in disability justice. Our work bridges movements, strengthens systems, and centers the expertise of people most impacted by violence—ensuring that safety, connectedness, and liberation are not optional, but essential.
We believe in the power of interdependence and connectedness, cultural responsiveness, and collective transformation. Nothing Without Us Collective is about building what’s needed—and knowing we cannot do it alone.
Our values.
Disability Justice
We follow the principles created by Black, brown, queer, and trans Disabled leaders. Access, interdependence, and collective care are non-negotiable.
Survivor Leadership
Survivors are not just recipients of services—we are experts, leaders, and change-makers.
Systems Change
We don’t just tweak programs—we ask questions and shift power, culture, and structures.
Access as Practice
Access isn’t a checklist. It’s a commitment we return to over and over again.
Community Over Compliance
We build with people. We hold space for contradiction, complexity, and growth.
